Does your packages include alcohol?

We provided everything you will need except the alcohol. TABC does not allow any mobile bar to sell or include alcohol in our packages due to not having a permanent address. This will help you avoid markups by caterers and allows you to control the budget.

Can you serve events without alcohol?

Absolutely. We make amaizing mocktails for events like Quinceanera, gender reveal, baby shower, or religion events.


How I know how much alcohol I have to buy?

Don’t worry, after you reserved the date we provided the alcohol shopping list adapting to your demands, needs and budget. Our alcohol calculation is exactly for your guest count but in case something remained at the end of the event we do an inventory list and give you the remaining alcohol. We make it easy and stress free for you. We also provide a retail suggestion that will allow you to order in bulk as well allow you to return any unopened alcohol after the event for a fully refund.


Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee?


We are located in Aubrey, Texas but we can go to all DFW and we don’t charge for a travel fee if the celebration is within 60 miles of 76227. 

How far in advance do I have to reserved the date?

Generally a good idea to book a bartending service as far in advance as possible, especially if you’re planning a large event like a wedding (13 month is a good timing). For smaller events a few weeks should be enough.


Do you offer a tasting?

Absolutely. We offer this option for weddings with more than 100 guest, that way they can know what signature drinks they want to offer on their special date.


What is your payment and refund policy?

Our clients will be billed in advance 50% deposit and signed contract in order to reserved date and time. The remaining payment is due by one week before the event.

You will be refunded 50% of your deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Cancellations made within 15 days of your event will not be refunded and the remaining payment will be charge


Do you recommend any other vendors?

Absolutely, We have partners vendor like Dj, MC/Announser, Food Catering, Chef, Event Planner, 360 Photo Booth, Mariachi, decoration and flowers, photographers/Videographer and much more, just ask us and will we help you.


What type of event do you serve?

We do all kind of events like Wedding reception, grand opening, birthday party, company event, open house, graduation, family reunion, private event, holiday party, Quinceanera, baby shower, gender reveal, bridal shower, birthday party, and much more.  Nothing is to big or smaller for us.


My venue/house already has a bar, can I get only the bartender services?
